Early 1900s Ebonised Door Handles
Nice quality pair of antique ebonised mortice door handles These date from the late Victorian to Edwardian period (1900-1915). They are some sort of ebonised hardwood with a nicely proportioned handle and a solid brass rose in quite a Yellow brass. All the roses have been cleaned and polished and the wood lightly refinished and waxed.
Sold as a pair.
Overall really good original condition, the original ebonising was quite thick so all the wear has left a really nice aged surface. A few very light wear marks on the bases and the handles.
