Replacing an existing door lock, or even fitting one to a new door isn't always as easy as we'd hoped. You need to get the right sort of lock or latch , whether it's Left or Right Handed and the correct distances between the edge of the door & the handle & maybe a key as well. These are known as the 'Backset' distances, the filters below allow you to sort by handed, handle backset & key backset. & more than happy to offer advice
