A quite substantial solid brass late Georgian/Early Victorian antique front door lock. The knob on the inside operates the handle bolt, the key operates the handle bolt both from inside and outside. It also has a night latch option, the key has a double throw so it can be locked at night. On the back edge of the lock it has a bolt for locking the handle bolt open all the time. Its been refurbished and lightly polished.
