A good sized sprung linkage/pulley for a wired servants or front door bell. Don't see many of the sprung ones, it helps return the bell and pull over a long distance. We've just given it a light polish, the roundel on the front is a later addition. The long arm in the main picture moves up to just past the right screw hole and the loop on the end is adjustable.
