An antique late Victorian (possibly Edwardian) Black ceramic internal bell pull with Gold banding, most likely from a mechanical servants bell system. Un sprung as it would have had an expansion spring on the cable, it still has it's wheel if the cable needs to go to vertically. Lightly cleaned.
Condition:
Overall great working condition, some wear to the Gold banding.
