A mid to late Victorian linkage for servants bell systems and manual front door pulls. This example is sprung so would have probably have a pull connected to it. The longer arm on the right goes down and then springs back. Its just had a light polish.
Condition:
Great original working condition, the pressed flower front has a bit of damage.
