An early Victorian brass bolt with a steel shaft & shaped brass knob. Older style spring operation, it projects from the base and works when the bolt is screwed to a surface. presented in a mid/Yellow tone tone of brass, it's been polished but will quickly tarnish pretty quickly after a bit of use, it's already started. The keep is definitely a later addition, pretty good match though.

Great original condition, a few marks and scratches.
