A fantastic quality Arts and Crafts nickel bolt. These are faithfully reproduced from an original bolt reclaimed from a large arts & crafts house in the Midlands owned by the Mander family, founders of Mander Paints. By the late 19th century Mander Paints & Varnishes were the largest manufacturer of paints & varnishes in the British Empire. Nice & heavy at 315g.
