Large 1920s Door Knobs
Matching pairs of large and substantial egg shaped door knobs on a cast square rose plate. These came off some very wide doors, Circa 1925. The brass is almost a straw colour, ideal for larger period doors or covering up old spindle holes. Cleaned and polished, they will tarnish but easy enough to re polish. They could be used on rim locks, might look a bit odd because of the thin collar.
Sold in pairs, any questions please ask.
Overall good condition, a few ring marks here and there and the usual scratches and mark. We've had to remake a few grub screws and they can be a bit fiddly.
