Ebonised Edwardian Door Knobs

We currently have 3 in stock.

Pairs of Edwardian mahogany door handles with their original Black ebonised finish and a brass collar and back plate. These came from a property dating from around 1910-1920. They could work with rim locks or latches. The ebonised finish is quite thick so we've given them a good clean a bit of light refinishing and a coat of wax. All the brass has been machine polished.

Sold in pairs.

Overall good original condition, There are signs of the wear on ebonised finish, it would have originally been applied in layers so some layers are showing through and a couple of the back plates are lightly different (see last pic).
