A really unusual antique brass servants call lever with a copper covering plate and knob. Stamped H&S on the rear and in an Arts & Crafts style, the lever probably dates from around 1900. In full working condition, it's had a good clean and a very light polish, the hand and plate move, so it'll work for either hand.
