Early 1900s Patented Handles
Matching pairs of lovely quality solid brass mortice handles in almost a Rose brass. Each pair are stamped with their patent number relating to the way the handle is held on by the threaded collar and clip. The patent dates to around 1905/08, these are probably from around that time as they have a solid brass spindle (we've had similar pairs with steel spindles). We describe them as mortice handles but they would work really well as rim lock handles using the fixed handle the rim lock end. All cleaned and machine polished, they'll quickly tarnish if not kept shiny. They'll fit 99% of modern and antique locks.
