Victorian Bell and Pull, Circa 1880
Out on hire, due back early March.
A lovely example of a late Victorian antique front door bell and solid brass pull. From the same property, but not sure this was the bell the pull was originally connected to. Really nice quality, the bell is quite elaborate with quite a large flower front and the pull is on the large size and stamped RING. We've had to do quite a bit of work to both items, we've had to resize the teak surround and add a section to the back, and the bell had to be stripped and lightly polished and has a new return spring.
Included are solid brass, blanking pulley, directional pulley, 2 extension pulleys and some cord. We've used these items in a short 'How To' video.
Great working condition, some minor damage to the inside of the pull and its ever so slightly away from the base on the base, its not noticeable and doesn't effect the operation.
