Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 UK:

Orders over £150 are free UK* delivery (either RM tracked or DHL Next Day tracked). At checkout we offer a range of Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48, & DHL Next Day.

We always aim to dispatch items the same day, if ordered before 11am. However if your order is urgent please contact us directly.

*Unfortunately not including NI

UK Collection:

Orders can be collected Mon-Fri for free from our commercial location at BS15 Fishponds, Bristol within 24hr working hours. We've removed this option from checkout, so please just let us know and we can credit the shipping or just give us a call on 0117 9585 322.

Outside of the UK:

Royal Mail tracked airmail up to 2kg & DHL Express & Economy** up to 10kg. If for any reason you can't get a shipping quote, please contact us. If you're delivery is outside of the UK, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout

Returns

We hope you are totally satisfied by your purchase, however if you don’t like something, or it doesn't fit, or it’s not how you thought it would be, don't worry! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We will endeavour to fix the problem or alternatively return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please let us know if there is a problem within 14 days.

Exchanges

We fully appreciate that buying period door furniture over the web isn't always the easiest and sometimes we get the wrong size or the wrong style (Paul does it all the time). Don't worry just give us a call or drop us an email, send the items back and we'll contact you to arrange an exchange.

Damages 

We do our absolute best to avoid sending out new items that might be damaged, but very occasionally mistakes do happen. Most of our new period items are sealed so it's not always possible to check them over before sending. Don't worry, just drop us an email or give us a call and we will arrange to send a replacement. If we require the item to be returned to us, this will be at our cost but please work with us to find the best way to do this.
