Edwardian 'PRESS' Brass Door Bell
Lovely example of a working antique electric front door bell, probably Edwardian, dating from around 1910. The main fixing plate is Rose brass, the brass push button with raised 'PRESS' lettering is a more of a mid tone of brass. Stamped on the reverse with the mark from the James Collins foundry. All cleaned, polished and tested.
Good original condition, a few marks and scratches around the push and a bit of weathering here and there.
