A nice solid brass antique Victorian front door pull, it was positioned horizontally just above the letterbox. I assume it is a pull, it looks a bit odd vertically as a regular door pull handle. Presented in a fairly Yellow shade of brass, it's had a polish bit will tarnish pretty quickly after a bit of use.
Condition:
Good original condition, a few light marks.
Finish: Polished brass
Width: 190mm (7.5in)
Projection: 76mm (3in)
Diameter of fixing plates: 32mm (1.25in)
Distance between bolts: 100mm (4in)
Fits doors: 45mm to 50mm, it can go down to approx 25mm by cutting the bolts.
