1920s Ball Door Handles
Solid brass mortice door handles with the WT&S (William Tonk & Sons) foundry mark on the reverse (It's worn from some pairs). These have quite a large ball handle mounted on a rectangular back plate. They originally came from a commercial building, we're guessing 1920s because of the much plainer municipal style and we believe WT&S stopped manufacturing around 1926/7. Each pair have been cleaned and machine polished.
Sold in pairs.
Great original condition, marks and scratches consummate with age, they do have a bit of weathering here and there, they've been used multiple times daily for a number of years. A couple have had new washers.
